Website hosting accounts will be suspended if found to use 3rd party software on our servers not permitted by Indio Internet.
Website hosting accounts will be deleted if any connections with Spam, Phishing or illegal organisations are discovered.
Website hosting accounts will be suspended if owing monies later than invoice date.
All domains registered by Indio Internet remain as property of Indio Internet.
All site design, templates and graphics are owned solely by Indio Internet.
Use of graphic material designed by Indio Internet will require a license if used out side the Indio Internet business sphere.
Access to our servers via a third party is strictly prohibited.
If access is required, a fully qualified server administrator must be presented and verified.
No passwords will be given out in any circumstances. FTP (File Transfer) access solely via Indio Internet discretion.
Use of the brand names, Indio Internet, Cosmic Media and Brian Roe by permision only.
Any breach of the above terms and conditions will result in account suspension and may introduce the involvement of a legal body.
